For better cooperation, Ningbo Sanfeng built the plating workshop in Fenghua in June 2007. The automatic zinc rack plating and barrel plating lines began to contracting business from 15th Nov. At present, the batch products have passed DELPHI and the requirement and approval of Aisan and Delphi. The plating workshop is equipped with German electromagnetic thickness tool, domestic electromagnetic thickness tool, PH meter, thermostat and salt fog experiment box. And it also has independent lab for liquid medicine analysis and technique experiment.

The technology of plating uses non-cyanide alkaline zinc plating and trivalent chromium (colorful and black) passivation and meets environmental protection requirements. It improves corrosion resistant property of the components. The main zinc plating products are top grade cars and hardware accessories. The colorful and black passivation salt fog experiment do not have white rust in 72h or red rust in 144h.
